Utility Billing Information
Utility Bills are due by noon on the 11th.
Late Notices are sent after the 11th and give you 10 days to pay before we shut off utilities.
Utility Applications are available at City Hall or you an email [email protected] and ask for one to be sent via email. A copy of your drivers license is required along with a service deposit.
Service Deposits
Residential: $250
Commercial: Average of 3 months use or $250 whichever is more.

Online Billing Portal
Please click the “Online Utility Payments” button on the right.
To sign up for an online account you will need your account number. If you do not know your account number please call city hall at 785-378-3141
You can view your bill, make payments, and setup automatic online payments.
You can also make One-Time payments without setting up an account. You will need the name of the account holder and the account number.
